Tengo un virus que no hayo como eliminarlo

ya he probado con SuperAntiSpyware, Mbar, mi antivirus AVG, y adwarcleaner (me falto Mbam, no pude instalarlo, segun el error debia hacer cambios en mi equipo para que pueda instalar el programa). Tengo la sospecha de que es uno de esos que se elimina intentado usar Process Network Monitor o un programa de ese tipo.

Al iniciar la pc sucede algo super extraño, aparece por un segundo el circulo al lado y asi como cada 2 segundos; tambien esta mas lenta, pero luego se va poniendo mas hasta un punto que colapsa, y no me queda de otra que apagarla en el boton de apagado y volverla a encender (si preguntan por qué la apago de ese modo, es porque se le dañó el botón de reinicio, un detalle ajeno al tema).

Hice los analisis sin internet, el SuperAntiSpyware fue el unico que detecto algo. Iba a colocar los reportes de cada uno, pero no se donde se guardan

Sería bueno si nos comentas más a detalle sobre el error al instalar Malwarebytes. Es posible que sea por no tener determinada actualización, en cuyo caso sería recomendable actualizar. Por lo demás dependería mucho.

Por lo demás y antes de proceder realiza lo siguiente:

:white_check_mark: Descarga Hard Disk Sentinel(te recomiendo la versión portable), lo ejecutas y vas a Report>SaveTXTReport y guardas el reporte. Nos lo traerías

Ya con este reporte veríamos que sería lo más conveniente para continuar. De manera adicional, si conservas los reportes de MBAR y AdwCleaner podría ayudar que los traigas independientemente de si detectaron algo.

Hola nuevamente,

Según el reporte el disco está dañado. Por lo que recomendaría respaldar los datos y buscar lo antes posible respaldar los datos y reemplazar el disco. Si bien esta podría ser la causa de parte de los problemas que has comentado, aunque no fuese tengamos en cuenta. Con los programas que has ejecutado sin encontrar algo es seguro decir que aunque también tengas infección no hay riesgo de que esta vaya a entrar en los respaldos.

Aunque te comento que veo otro problema, así que si te parece bien realiza lo siguiente:

  • Descomprímelo y ejecútalo.
  • Ve a File>>Save Report y guarda un reporte.

Nos traerías ese reporte.

me pide como requisito instalar framework 4.5 y temo instalarle ese, siempre la maquina se me ha puesto lenta con eso. Con respecto a lo de respaldar informacion en otro disco, no tengo otro, solo cuento con este. Hay manera de repararlo con algun programa?

Por ahora aparentemente esta funcionando mejor y no pareciera haber problemas de virus, no se si habra bastado con lo que detecto SuperAntiSpyware, aunque me sigue pareciendo extraño que en el administrador de tareas, hayan como unos 44 procesos visibles abiertos y me indique abajo 86, los otros 42 no se muestra con sus nombres y el “.exe”

Es un poco raro que provoque relentizaciones. La razón de ejecutar este es que note que el disco duro está sobrecalentándose. Y quiero ver si es solo el disco o todo el equipo, ya que este último puede estar sobrecalentase estar todo el equipo caliente que sería un poco mejor; de estar calentándose el disco duro solo podría indicar que está trabajando mucho y esto puede disminuir su tiempo de vida. Más adelante te puedo pedir una alternativa y con suerte esta se ejecutará.

Mayormente la respuesta sería no. Hay un programa de paga llamado HDD regenerator y adicional a eso se puede probar con chckdsk y otras herramientas. Pero lo que podrían hacer podría estar muy limitado. Incluso con esto conviene respaldar la información porque la mayoría de procesos incluyen cosas como formateos; varios de los cuales podrían causar se pierdan los datos. Yo buscaría ahorrar e ir viendo opciones de conseguir otro disco seguido de usar lo menos posible el PC. Especialmente evita apagarla de golpe, ya que esto dañará más el disco duro. Esto causará que se dañe y en un punto dejarás de ser capaz de acceder a Windows.

Bueno como comente bien es posible que aun haya infecciones, pero al tener un problema con el disco duro podría no valer mucho la pena revisar el sistema; el problema del disco es prioritario, más peligroso y preocupante. Pero si gustas podemos ayudarte a revisar el sistema en general y eliminar infecciones solo no olvidemos el problema del disco duro.

Un programa alternativo con el que podríamos ver las temperaturas sería el siguiente:

Pues las temperaturas están bien, aunque los voltajes podrían estar un poco altos. Lo ideal sería medirlos desde la fuente directamente y de ser necesario repararla o cambiarla. Respecto a medirla tendrías que contar con un multímetro y posibilidad de abrirla (tanto con los destornilladores como). Puedo apoyarte con algunas indicaciones de como se haría.

Esto en cierta medida podría ser parte de los problemas que tienes junto al disco duro. Mayormente teniendo problemas con el anterior.

Como comente priorizaría el ahorrar para conseguir otro disco duro e ir respaldando los datos. De momento puedes buscar guardarlos en la nube al menos los más importantes (Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive, Mega, etc).

De necesitar la PC para hacer menos carga en el disco y disminuir la posibilidad que se paralize y tengas que forzar el apagado puedes inicia en modo seguro con funciones de red: Iniciar el PC en modo seguro

Si fuera de los problemas quieres proceder con alguna búsqueda de malware podemos hacerla (en modo seguro preferentemente para evitar desgaste).

Puede ser un poco doble filo considerando que sería usar más el disco lo que podría (o no) ir aumentando los sectores dañados.

Edito: Revisando el manual de tu disco duro en la página 45:

La temperatura si bien alta está dentro de lo normal. En lo anterior la muestra en 55 que es el límite pero sería bueno si te animas a abrir la PC el hacer limpieza y revisar que no haya polvo y que los ventiladores esten trabajando bien y sin estar parados. Podría ayudar el poder bajar esa temperatura, aunque no es tan prioritario,

tengo la ligera sospecha de que haya algún virus usando los recursos de mi pc como también el internet. Por ahora solo he de compartir un par de imágenes del Administrador de Tareas y dejo en su criterio si amerite algún otro tipo de evaluación para buscar con mayor detalle sobre alguna amenaza de este tipo. Me toco vivirlo una vez para conocer la existencia de este tipo de virus.

Mi sospecha va mas hacia el internet, dado que en el modem se ve reflejado como si mi pc usara mucho internet, así como si tuviera un video de alta calidad cargando de alguna pagina de internet, pero no hay razón para que haga algo así

¿Has podido revisar la opción de cambiar el disco duro? A riesgo de repetirme un poco:

Pero repitiendo un poco otro comentario, si gustas podemos eliminar infecciones, pero la mayoría de los problemas continuarían y al cambiar el disco igualmente te desharías de cualquier infección. Por lo demás el uso del PC tendría que ser como comente lo menos posible y en todo caso en Modo Seguro con funciones de red para evitar un desgaste.

No recomendaría mucho el tratar de desinfectar, incluso por el hecho de que por una o más razones podría contribuir al daño de disco o que el equipo no inicie.

De entrada te comento que lo que muestras en las pantallas no se ve algo destacable aunque para poder saber necesitaríamos más datos. No he pedido nada de esto por lo mismo del disco duro. Pero si estás de acuerdo con esta posibilidad, puedo darte pasos para revisar infecciones tomando un poco el riesgo.
