Vamos a restablecer el navegador FireFox. Si tienes marcadores o favoritos puedes exportarlos previamente para no perder esa información:

En la parte superior de la ventana de Mozilla Firefox , clic en el menú Marcadores y selecciona Mostrar todos los marcadores.
En la nueva ventana haga clic en Importar y resguardar , y a continuación clic en Exportar Marcadores a HTML…
Se abrirá la ventana Exportar archivo de marcadores , donde deberás elegir la ruta y el nombre, luego haces clic en Guardar .

Puedes dejar la ruta por defecto. Pero elegir la ruta es sencillo. Sólo tiene que navegar por la ventana de Windows hacia la carpeta donde quieres que se exporten los maracadores.

SI el mensaje de error de script es el mismo de antes, no hace falta que me envies otro pantallazo. Supongo que este error sale con diferentes webs, es decir, no sale sólo cuando visita un web determinada.

Descarga, instala y/o actualiza Ccleaner
Consulta si es necesario su manual
- Abres Ccleaner. Pestaña Custom Clean (Limpieza personalizada). Dejas como está configurada predeterminadamente haces clic en Analyze (Analizar) y esperas que termine clic en Run Cleaner (Ejecutar Limpiador).
Malewarebytes Anti-Maleware
• Descarga, actualiza y ejecuta Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware , revisa en detalle el manual, para que sepas usarlo y configurarlo.
- Realiza un Escaneo Personalizado. Tienes instrucciones en su manual, apartado Análisis Personalizado.
- Tras finalizar el escaneo envíame el informe que guarda Malewarebyte. Instrucciones para encontrar y enviarme el informe lo tienes en el Manual, apartado Informe del Análisis
AdwCleaner
Descarga AdwCleaner | InfoSpyware en el escritorio.
• Cierra también todos los programas que tengas abiertos.
• Ejecuta Adwcleaner.exe (Si usas Windows Vista/7 u 8 presiona clic derecho y selecciona "Ejecutar como Administrador.)
• Pulsar en el botón Escanear , y espera a que se realice el proceso, inmediatamente pulsa sobre el botón Limpiar .
• Espera a que se complete y sigue las instrucciones, si te pidiera Reiniciar el sistema Aceptas .
• Guardas el reporte que te aparecerá y lo anexas en un mensaje.
• El informe también se puede encontrar en C:\Archivos de programa o C: Archivos de programa(x86), si el sistema es de 64 bits –Adwcleaner- AdwCleaner[CX].txt
ZHPCleaner
Ejecutar ZHPCleaner siguiendo su manual. Anexas el reporte en un nuevo mensaje del foro.

- clic en la pestaña Registro clic en buscar problemas y esperas que termine clic en Reparar Seleccionadas y haces una copia de seguridad

Para enviar informes, el método de las etiquetas CODE es bastante simple. Puedes usarlo. Efectivamente el paso 5 se realiza con el mismo programa que el paso 1.
Y por cierto… los CODE van entre CORCHETES [ ] y NO entre PARÉNTESIS.
Hola, ya he pasado el CCleaner y hecho la limpieza, y debajo le adjunto el inoforme de Malwarebytes, por cierto esta mañana inicie un analisis personalizado con el Mslwarebytes pero marque sin darme cuenta Busqueda de rootkits y cuando llevaba ya mas de 2h30min de analisis lo paré, este informe que le envio es el resultado del analisis sin marcar esa cuadrilla de Rootkits, debiera haberla marcado para hacer el analisis?? en el proximo mensaje le envio los inofrmes que faltan, gracias, saludos

perdona pero el ZHPCleaner, como lo descargo, lo busco por internet? se lo digo porque en el paso que que hay que usar ese programa no viene el link para descargarlo, gracias, saludos
Perdone, pero los corchetes no funcionan en mi ordenador por eso envio CODE entre parentesis, lo sigo haciendo o uso otro metodo? Saludos
Aunque los otros metodos de enviar informes no se como lo haría porque los veo un poco complicados
Se te dijo que usaras los marcadores CODE pero entre CORCHETES. Y tú has usado paréntesis.
En cuanto a ZHPCleaner si accedes al Manual cuyo enlace te pasé, hay un aparado clarísimo de “Descarga”. Te pongo una captura de pantalla para que veas que más claro no puedes estar:

Para escribir corchetes en un teclado que no los tiene presionas al mismo tiempo las teclas:
