Descargue este programa porque recién había tenido un problema con mi pc, y me sale esto acerca del disco duro, no sé bien qué significa y si es reparable, ayuda porfa.
No me dejo poner imagen, pero me sale estado de salud en riesgo, en número de sectores asignados me sale actual 100 peor 100 umbral 10 , lo mismo para sectores pendientes a diferencia que el umbral es cero
Descarga Hard Disk Sentinel (te recomiendo la version portable), lo ejecutas y vas a Report > SaveTXTReport y guardas el reporte.

Una vez finalizado, me pegas un nuevo log
Disculpa, eso lo hago desde equipo o desde el centinel?
Para hacer la reparación de errores tienes que hacerlo desde tu equipo porque ese programa que te acabo de poner no repara ni hace nada
Ah pero comprobación de disco no encuentra errores, dice que funciona perfectamente, solo examina y ya
Marcas te las dos casillas?
Qué casillas? No le salen casillas para marcar
Para intentar verificar como tienes el disco duro de tu equipo, sigue el 3er. MÉTODO: descrito en esta Faq de ayuda 
¿Cómo usar CHKDSK para realizar una comprobación del disco?, que es válida también para un Windows 10.
Una vez terminado el proceso, que puede/debe durar bastante rato, y ya iniciando en modo normal de windows debes poner el informe que se habrá guardado por parte de Windows y que tienes que encontrar siguiendo estos pasos ¿Cuándo y cómo usar el visor de eventos (eventvwr.msc)?
Fíjate bien en como es el informe que viene en ese tema, para que busques algo similar y NO pongas cualquier otra cosa.

Hay alguna forma, de reparar algo o hacer que aguante más ?
Ya lo has echo… a si que eso mismo, de vez en cuando puedes hacerlo pero como todo,tiene un limite, y aunque ahora mismo el disco podra funcionar bien,puedes ir controlan dolo con los dos programas que tu usaste en este tema…
Y luego,ya sabes,.,cuando falle mucho…a comprar uno jjj
