Deje que finalice el proceso de instalación de las actualizaciones y NO interrumpir el proceso y cuando finalice el dicho proceso de instalación de la actualización si el dicho programa le solicita reiniciar su ordenador procedes!
Seguidamente me manda de nuevo otra Captura de Pantalla reflejando todo lo que aparece.

Realice el siguiente paso que se indica a continuación:
En la barra de búsqueda de su ordenador:
escribe:
cmd
y en la primera opción que aparezca da clic derecho y elige Ejecutar como administrador. Se abrirá una ventana negra. Copia y pega los siguientes comandos línea por línea (IMPORTANTE: Copie y Pegue el Primer parámetro empezando desde el principio hasta el final y seguidamente le da a la tecla: Enter y deje que termine el proceso completo y no lo interrumpa y una vez que acabe dicho proceso completo realice el mismo procedimiento con el Segundo parámetro y así con el resto de parámetros que le dejo a continuación):
Primer parámetro:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Segundo parámetro:
dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
Tercer parámetro:
sfc /scannow
Si alguno te pide reiniciar procedes. Revisa si el ultimo comando te informa si encontró alguna infracción y si la pudo reparar. Si encontró y copia y pega este otro comando:
findstr /c:“[SR]” %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >“%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt”
Esto generará un reporte en tu escritorio llamado sfcdetails. Por favor trae su contenido o adjúntalo en un mensaje.
Si el último comando encontró algo nos traerías el reporte.

Antes de realizar TODOS los procedimientos que le indico a continuación LEASE ´´TODOS´´ LOS PASOS EN PRIMER LUGAR ´´VARIAS VECES´´ YA QUE ES UN ´´PROCEDIMIENTO COMPLEJO´´ Y COMO SE EQUIVOQUE EN LA REALIZACIÓN DE ALGÚN DETERMINADO PASO LE DA ERROR Y NO PUEDE RECUPERAR SUS ARCHIVOS!
Realice el siguiente procedimiento que se le indica a continuación siguiendo el orden establecido al pie de la letra y sin saltarse ningún paso como le indico a continuación:
Diríjase a la siguiente ubicación que se le muestra a continuación y le saldrá una pantalla similar a esta:
Doble click en la carpeta que pone: 
abres la carpeta, maximizas la pantalla y me mandas una Captura de Pantalla con todo lo que se refleje.

Pondré mucha atención para que todos los procesos se hagan al pie de la letra
Mando la captura de pantalla de lo que aparece en C, y de lo que aparece en Usuarios
Realice el siguiente procedimiento que se le indica a continuación AL PIE DE LA LETRA , SIGUEINDO EL ORDEN ESTABLECIDO Y SIN SALTARSE NINGÚN PASO:
Descargue e instale el siguiente archivo: Windows File Recovery.
Para poder descargar e instalar el archivo: Windows File Recovery siga los siguientes pasos que le indico a continuación:
. Diríjase a la Barra de Tareas de su ordenador:
. Busque y un click en el siguiente icono que se muestra a continuación: 
. Se le abrirá un pantalla similar a esta:

En el siguiente buscador que se refleja:
Escriba lo siguiente:

Seguidamente pulse la tecla: Enter de su ordenador y le aparecerá la siguiente pantalla:
Un click en la siguiente pestaña: 
y se iniciara el proceso de descarga de esta.

Una vez instalada vemos que podemos lanzarla directamente desde allí: (Aparecerá una pantalla similar a estala): Seguidamente un click donde pone:

Una vez accedamos a la utilidad veremos una pantalla similar a esta:
En esa pantalla escribimos el siguiente parámetro:

Nos aparecerá una pantalla similar a esta:
ACLARACIÓN:
Para poder recuperar todos los datos de su ordenador en dicha pantalla debe de ´´Copiar´´ y ´´Pegar´´ el PRIMER PARAMETRO uno por uno y por separado y darle a la tecla: Enter y durante el Proceso de Análisis cuando le salga la siguiente notificación: 
tiene que pulsar la tecla que se refleja a continuación:

Para que pueda finalizar el proceso completo correctamente y NO interrumpir el programa y dejar que finalice el proceso completo y seguidamente le aparecerá la siguiente notificación:

Aclarado esto, aquí le dejo el PRIMER PARAMETRO para que pueda realizar el proceso correctamente como le he indicado previamente:
PRIMER PARAMETRO:
winfr C: D: /n \Users\Usuario\Pictures\*.JPEG /n \Users\h_shi\Pictures\*.PNG
Maximice la pantalla y me manda una Captura de Pantalla con todo lo que se refleje en dicha pantalla cuando finalice de realizarse completamente el dicho proceso y me comenta si durante el proceso se produjo o dio algún error en la realización del dicho proceso.

Debido a la importancia del siguiente proceso, quisiera reconfirmar si entendí correctamente las instrucciones. Una vez estando en cmd y después de escribir el comando cls, debo buscar todos los archivos que sean de imagen y que estén afectados por la extensión .aawt
Con esa información coloco la secuencia correspondiente a primer parámetro, sólo sustituyendo donde dice usuario por mi usuario (h_shi) y sustituyendo el asterisco por el nombre del archivo que quiero recuperar. Cuando de enter, éste se recuperará y se enviará a la partición D Y repetiré uno por uno con cada archivo de imagen afectado ¿Es correcto?
En respuesta a su pregunta @Efrain_Gonzalez_Cruz es correcto lo que usted comenta pero yo le voy poniendo los comandos por orden QUE USTED DEBE DE SEGUIR para que pueda recuperar todos los archivos por orden.
Cuando usted realice el PRIMER PARAMETRO que le indico por aquí si el PRIMER PARAMETRO no le funciona y da UN ERROR REALICE EL MISMO PROCEDIMIENTO con el SEGUNDO PARAMETRO SIGUENDO LOS PASOS AL PIE DE LA LETRA Y SIN SALTARSE NINGUN PASO Y EN EL ORDEN ESTABLECIDO TAL COMO LE HE INDICADO EN ESTE FORO A LOS PASOS A SEGUIR.
Me comenta que comando le funciona si el PRIMER PARAMETRO ó el SEGUNDO PARAMETRO de los que le dejo a continuación:
PRIMER PARAMETRO:
winfr C: D: /n \Users\h_shi\Pictures\*.JPEG /n \Users\h_shi\Pictures\*.PNG
SEGUNDO PARAMETRO:

¿El PRIMER PAREMETRO ó el SEGUNDO PARAMETRO?
Maximice la pantalla y me manda una Captura de Pantalla con los resultados que se van obteniendo de cada PARAMETRO y si dio o no algún error en la realización de los pasos a seguir! y me responde a las preguntas que he realizado!

Está a un 99% de escaneo del primer parámetro, aunque ya lleva un buen rato ahí. Espero termine lo antes posible para enviarle las capturas de pantalla
No se preocupe @Efrain_Gonzalez_Cruz, NO interrumpa usted el dicho Proceso de Análsis.
Cuando finalice el dicho proceso de análisis me comenta por aquí si produjo algún error el dicho proceso! y maximice la pantalla y me manda todo lo que se refleja!

Al parecer tampoco funcionó. Coloco la captura de pantalla. Debo aclarar que primero me había equivocado al colocar el primer proceso pero lo cancelé y después ya coloqué el código del segundo proceso. Coloco el nombre del archivo que usé como prueba y checar si escribí correctamente el código
Buenas @Efrain_Gonzalez_Cruz, el PRIMER PARÁMETRO que usted ha puesto NO es correcto ya que usted ha puesto el siguiente parámetro:

Fíjese que NO son los mismos parámetro que yo le he indicado que pusiera.
RESUMIENDO:
Repita el mismo procedimiento copiando y pegando este parámetro (Click en: Copiar y botón secundario en: Pegar). Aquí le dejo el: PRIMER PARAMETRO (click en: Copiar y botón secundario en: Pegar (Y pone este: PRIMER COMANDO al PIE DE LA LETRA Y EN EL ORDEN ESTABLECIDO) que le indico a continuación:

Maximice la pantalla y me manda una Captura de Pantalla reflejando todos los procedimientos y si da error que se refleje también en dicha Captura.
