Portátil muy lento de nuevo

Hola, he encontrado el archivo siguiendo la ruta que me dijiste, pero pesa demasiado y no puedo pegarlo aquí ni en 10 mensajes. Me pone que lo suba a la nube así que lo he subido a wetransfer y este es el enlace que me han dado: WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free Son 2 archivos, el primero es el CBS.log que me dijiste y el otro es CbsPersist_20220219114306.log que es de cuando le hice el proceso chkdsk y aunque estaba dentro de un archivo winrar como coincide la fecha pienso que tiene algo que ver y por eso también lo adjunto en el enlace. El portátil sigue igual. Te adjunto la imagen y el reporte de hd sentinel. Por cierto, con crystal disk info me sigue marcando “C5 Nº de sectores pendientes” en amarillo.

Perdón por la tardanza

Vamos a optimizar un poco mas el equipo.

Descarga e instala Glary Utilities

Una ves instalado, le das click derecho y lo ejecutas como administrador.
Vas a la pestaña mantenimiento en 1-click marcas todas las casillas y presionas en buscar problemas.
Esperas que termine y presionas en reparar problemas y esperas que termine.

Descarga e instala Argente Utilities

Al momento de instalarlo te aparecerá un cartelito que te ofrecerá mantenimiento automático, desactiva toda las opciones menos la de buscar actualizaciones.
Cancela el primer análisis que realiza el programa automáticamente y ve a configuración → one click maintance y desactivas la opcion de spyware inmunize y presiona en aceptar.
Ve a la pestaña Mantenimiento → one click maintenance → presionas en iniciar análisis esperas que termine y presionas en reparar todo los problemas

Ve a la barra de busqueda de windows y escribe defrag te aparecera una opcion que dice “Desfragmentar y optimizar unidades” le das click derecho ejecutar como administrador.

Selecciona una partición del sistema y presiona en analizar. Si el porcentaje de fragmentación es muy alto presiona en optimizar.
Repite el mismo procedimiento con las demás particiones.

Ejecuta nuevamente ccleaner como se indico en pasos anteriores.

Comenta como funciona todo luego de haber realizado todo los procedimientos.

Hola. Perdón por tardar tanto en contestar pero es que he estado probando el ordenador varios días porque ocurre una cosa rara. El pc sigue tardando lo mismo a la hora de encender, eso sigue igual de lento que siempre, pero hay veces que cuando se apaga se apaga a la velocidad normal. No ocurre siempre porque durante esta semana lo he probado varias veces y casi siempre tarda mucho en apagar, o sea que no hay cambios, pero me ha sorprendido que a veces se apague a una velocidad normal. No se por qué será.

Intenta realizar lo indicado en este tutorial: Trucos para acelerar y mejorar el rendimiento de Windows 8/Windows 8.1

Haces todos los puntos a excepción de: Aumentar la memoria

Todo y que sea para Windows 8, la gran mayoría de puntos se pueden aplicar correctamente a Windows 10.

Despues quiero que realices lo siguiente

Descarga Aida64 Extreme y después instálalo. Una ves abierto clic en herramientas (lo encuentra en la parte superior ) → clic en prueba de estabilidad del sistema → se le abre una nueva ventana, aparte de las casillas que vienen marcadas por defecto → marca la opcion “Stress Gpu(s)” → en preferencias asigna un color a “GPU Diode” y pulse en “ok”. → pulse en la pestaña “Statistics”. Para comenzar el test pulsa en “Start” → el test lo realizaremos por un periodo de cinco minutos → trascurrido este tiempo pulse en “Stop” para finalizar la prueba. Una vez finalizada sube una imagen de dicha pestaña

Como insertar una imagen.

Nota importante: Si durante la prueba observa que alguna temperatura supera los 80º finalice inmediatamente la prueba pulsando en “Stop” y nos sube la imagen. Durante la prueba puede notar una lentitud extrema en el equipo esta lentitud se considera normal ya que en la prueba se le esta exigiendo el máximo al equipo.

Hola de nuevo. Perdón por tardar tanto. El portátil arranca y apaga igual de lento que siempre, puede que incluso más lento, y eso que hice la guia que me pusiste. He hecho todos los pasos salvo el de la energía para no estar cambiandolo cada vez que uso o no la batería y lo enchufo a la red. Te adjunto 5 imagenes. Las 3 primeras son del primer test que le hice. Se calentó muchísimo y llegó a los 94º. Le hice 2 capturas y luego una tercera a los 10 minutos de haber comenzado el test, por eso se ve como baja la temperatura de nuevo. Las capturas 4 y 5 son del siguiente test que le hice. Esta vez le puse la base refrigeradora al portátil y se ve la diferencia de temperatura.

En las indicaciones que puse aclare que si pasaba los 80 grados había que finalizar la prueba, no es por capricho si no por seguridad de los componentes de tu pc, por suerte no llegaron a los 100 grados

Te recomiendo que la uses asi ya, que cuando exiges al pc llega a temperaturas peligrosas.

De momento voy a pensar como podemos avanzar y ya estaré respondiéndote, aunque mi recomendación sigue siendo la misma, cambiar de disco duro, a eso sumarle una limpieza interna y cambio de pasta térmica.
