Hola a todos , me a surgido un problema con el sobremesa y es que no me arranca el disco duro , es como si quisiera arrancar a traves del lector/grabador dvd y al no encontrar ningun cd no carga el sistema operativo , sale pantalla negra con una explicación en ingles pidiendome una key , despues de indagar por la bios y consultar lo que vi con alguien que entiende más que yo me dijo que parecia que como master tenia el dvd y para comprobarlo le quitara la alimentación electrica desenchufando el conector , asi lo hice y de ésta manera arranca perfectamente el disco duro con windows 10 y se puede trabajar a la perfección con el pc. es decir ; el problema es el dvd ¿ porque ahora sucede esto y antes no , se puede solucionar o se a estropeado el dvd ? pues nada , espero averme explicado un poquito y ya direis , saludos.
Debes cambiar el orden de arranque en la Bios…eso debe suceder porque tienes como principal para el arranque el dvd y debes pone la unidad de disco duro
Debes ir a la Bios…pestaña Boot… y poner en la primera el disco dueo
I porque se a cambiado el orden de arranque , es normal ? gracias .
Normal no es pero en informática nunca se sabe…
Lo has comprobado y estaba el orden con el DVD primero?
aunque no debería afectar porque si el DVD no tiene ningún disco dentro automáticamente debería pasar al segundo que podría ser tu disco duro si estaba configurado así y debería arrancar normalmente…
Hola de nuevo , he entrado en la bios y encuentro varias secciones " standar cmos features " “advanced bios features” etc. y entro en la primera donde encuentro la data y horario ademas de " ide primary master" hl-dt-st dvd-ro , ide primay slave not detected , serial ata 1 chanel st3250328as , el resto dice not detected ¿ te dice algo todo esto , que hago ? gracias de nuevo por tú paciencia y tiempo , saludos.
Puedes ser un fallo del cable o del propìo disco duro
Descarga Hard Disk Sentinel (te recomiendo la version portable), lo ejecutas y vas a Report > SaveTXTReport y guardas el reporte.

debe sustituirlo inmediatamente en cuanto puedas por otro porque en cualquier momento dejará de funcionar…
realiza una copia de seguridad de aquello que tengas importante en cuanto puedas debes cambiar tu disco duro.
Mientras puedes hacerle una comprobación de disco para resolver algún problema momentáneamente.
para ello haces botón derecho sobre disco local c propiedades y luego vas a herramientas comprobación de disco.
marcar las dos casillas aceptar y reinicias el PC para que realice la comprobación y reparación de aquello que pueda hacerse…
