No se ve nada raro

Intentemos lo siguiente

:white_check_mark: Revisa en windows update si hay alguna actualización disponible: Actualizar Windows

:white_check_mark: En la barra de búsqueda escribe cmd y en la primera opción que aparezca da clic derecho y elige Ejecutar como administrador. Se abrirá una ventana negra. Copia y pega los siguientes comandos linea por linea:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

sfc /scannow

Si alguno te pide reiniciar procedes. Revisa si el ultimo comando te informa si encontro alguna infracción y si la pudo reparar. Si encontró y copia y pega este otro comando:


findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

Esto generará un reporte en tu escritorio llamado sfcdetails. Por favor trae su contenido o adjúntalo en un mensaje.

Los 2 primeros Comandos se quedan asi durante 15 20 min y no hacen nada y el ultimo comando de SFC /SCANNOW me tira ese “error”. no se si estan bien los comandos o falta algo para hacer, tienen que ver algo que ver si se pone exe al final?

El primer comando es porque no lo ejecutaste como admistrador Y en el segundo deberías ver un mensaje si hubo o no errores y si los reparo.

Intenta repetir los pasos en modo seguro, intenta con el segundo método. Recuerda dale click derecho a simbolo del sistema y ejecutar como administrador.

Fijate que en la imagen se ve que se ejecuto desde C:\Users\Tulin y en la otra desde C:\Windows\system32 aca si esta ejecutado como administrador

El modo seguro accedes con las instrucciones que linkie

Solo inicias la pc en ese modo y repites los pasos

Y te queria comentar si se puede saber si mi placa de video anda en buen estado… estoy teniendo problemas con los juegos en Steam en general se me cierran automaticamente y lo raro que en win7 esto no me pasaba y ahora que tengo win10 me pasa :confused: es raro no se como decirte pero eso lo dejamos para lo ultimo si queres. sigo con el procedimiento que me digas

:three: : Abre la carpeta de Windows Repair e inicia Repair_Windows. Espera a que inicie y ve a la pestaña Repairs-Main y selecciona la opción Open Repairs.

Se abrirá la ventana de reparaciones. En esta dirígete al listado de la parte izquierda y marca las siguientes casillas:

  • 01 - Reset Registry Permissions
  • 02 - Reset File Permissions
  • 03 - Reset Service Permissions
  • 04 - Register SystemFiles
  • 05 - Repair WMI
  • 06 - Repair Windows Firewall
  • 10 - Remove Policies set by Infections
  • 13 - Repair Network
  • 14 - Remove Temp Files
  • 16 - Repair Windows Update
  • 18 - Repair Volume Shadow Copy Service
  • 20 - Repair MSI (Windows Installer)
  • 23 - Repair Windows Safe Mode
  • 25 - Restore Important Windows Services
  • 26 - Set Windows Services to default Startup
  • 29 - Repair Windows COM+ Unmarshalers
  • 31 - Restore UAC (User Account Control) Settings
  • 32 - Repair Performance Counters

Ya con esto seleccionado das en Start Repairs. Espera pacientemente a que termine. Una vez que lo haga reinicia en modo normal.

La pc me esta andando un poquito mejor sinceramente, mas limpia y optimizada. pero en respecto a los fps en los juegos ahora me lo hace muchos menos, que tendra que ver? como siempre aclare en win7 nunca tuve problemas en jugar a cualquier juego y ahora en win10 me cierra los juegos de steam… hay alguna otra cosa para hacer? o simplemente ya no quedan opciones

Quiero que busques actualizaciones con windows update y si las hay instálalas.

Después quiero que te fijes si el programa Intel Driver && Support Assistant te ofrece actualizar algún driver del sistema.

El tema de la grafica aun me quedan dudas con respecto a su temperatura ya que en el test de aida no se configuro bien. Quiero que lo repitas otra ves y si estas haciendo los pasos como indico voy a preguntar si es normal que no aparezca.

Deberías ver algo asi

Ya pregunte al parecer hay equipos en los que no aparece la opción de gpu diode.

Fíjate si en preferences/preferencias tenes la opción de GPU hostpot si es asi asígnale un color y repite el test.
