Hola. Esto ya me pasó de antes y lo solucioné haciendo un restore point en safe mode pero esta vez ya no funcionó. Lo hice tres veces incluso. Todo esto me pasó por haber visitado una página llamada chatalternative que accede a tu cámara pero no estoy seguro. Creo se metió un Trojan y me secuestro el audio y el video. Aparecen como si no estuvieran instalados pero obviamente si lo están.
Le pasé ya el Zemana y detectó esto:
