Siguiendo este manual:
CCleaner. Manual de uso simple y avanzado
Vas a su apartado Uso Avanzado, y siguiendo el manual vas a a hacer dos reportes.
1.- Con el Desinstalador de programas generas una lista de todos los programas que tenes instalados
Abajo a la derecha tenes el botón que dice Guardar en un archivo.txt
2.- Haces lo mismo con el apartado Inicio para generar la lista de programas que inician junto a Windows.
En tu próxima respuesta pegas ambos reportes. Mejor si en una respuesta pegas un reporte y en otra respuesta pegas el otro reporte.

Tenemos que ir desinstalando de a uno por vez algunos programas, para ver si la causa del problema proviene de ahí.
Si estas de acuerdo, por favor, confirmamelo y empezamos …
Luego de detectado el/los causantes del problema, podras reinstalar los otros.

Con el desinstalador de programas de CCleaner, siguiendo Su manual, desinstala los siguientes:
- Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer 2.13
- Aoki Lapis Vocaloid3 Library
- aTube Catcher versión 3.8

- |CyberLink Media+ Player10|CyberLink Corp.
- |CyberLink MediaShow|CyberLink Corp
- |CyberLink Power2Go|CyberLink Corp.
- |CyberLink PowerDirector|CyberLink Corp.|
- |CyberLink YouCam|CyberLink Corp.
- Debut, capturador de vídeo
- Gachapoid Vocaloid3 Library

Hasta acá llegamos en esta etapa.
Luego de desinstalar estos programas, usas las opciones Limpiador y Registro de CCleaner varias veces, hastta eliminar todo lo que encuentre.
Reinicias el ordenador, lo probas y Nos comentas como sigue.

Hola ya desinstale todo menos Cyberlink y aque es la suite que trae el laptop de fabrica para multimedia, es necesario? no tengo los instaladores para reisntalar despues
Como sigue ese problema después de estas desinstalaciones ?
igual, de hecho desinstale todo Vocaloid solo para recuperar espacio

Después de desinstalar, limpias el registro con Ccleaner varias veces, reinicias y Nos comentas como sigue.
