Funcionamiento excesivamente lento de repente

Hola. Hace unos días, tras encender mi ordenador, éste comenzó a funcionar excesivamente lento, hasta el punto de que tarda como 10-15 minutos en abrir una carpeta, o ni siquiera puedo usar el navegador tras tardar una barbaridad de minutos en iniciarse. Como datos relevantes:

He pasado la “Guía de detección y eliminación de Malwares 2022”, sin que me haya encontrado nada. Tuve que pasarla en Modo seguro con funciones de red, porque sino era absolutamente imposible por la lentitud. Pero un par de semanas antes o tres, lo pase en inicio normal y tampoco me halló nada. Únicamente el ESET online QuickSacan me halló algunas PUP que eliminó.
Mi antivirus (Avast en versión free) no funciona desde el mismo día que comenzó a ir lentísimo el ordenador.
Desde noviembre, no puedo actualizar Windows update por el error 0x80070017. He intentado infinidad de cosas para solucionarlo (ejecutar comandos en símbolo de sistema, reparador de problema de windows update, intentar una actualización manual desde la página…) sin éxito en ninguna de ellas.
Se ha ejecutado la reparación de errores del disco duro sin éxito, después de estar unas horas escaneando y reparando.
He intentando usar la opción de Restaurar sistema, pero me falla el proceso en los dos puntos de restauración que tengo.

Había pensado en usar la opción de Restablecer este pc, porque ya no se me ocurren más opciones, pero me da respeto porque tengo documentos que no quiero perder y tampoco quiero andar reinstalando todas las aplicaciones de nuevo si es posible evitarlo. Mi ordenador es un portátil Acer Nitro 5 basado en x64 con procesador i5. Tengo instalado Windows 10 Home versión 21H1. Tengo espacio de sobra en el disco duro.

Podrias traer los reportes de los programas utilizados?

Luego realiza lo siguiente

Descarga Hard Disk Sentinel (te recomiendo la version portable), lo ejecutas y vas a Report → SaveTXTReport y guardas el reporte.

Luego sube una imagen de la pantalla principal del programa

Como insertar una imagen?

Trae todo los reportes

Hola. Te dejo el reporte de Rkill y el de Hard Disk Sentinel. El Malwarebytes antimalware no me encontró nada, y el el ESET online QuickScan como te dije, pero no tengo el reporte.

Tu disco duro esta en muuuuyy mal estado de hecho esta por morir es por eso que tenes problemas de rendimiento, urgente tenes que hacer copias de seguridad de tus datos en dispositivos externos y remplazar el disco.

¿Cómo es posible haber llegado a esto de la noche a la mañana haciendo un uso normal del ordenador, el cuál es de 2018? ¿Cómo puedo reemplazar el disco duro? ¿La opción de Restablecer este pc solucionaría algo?

Es difícil saber porque se daño exactamente, los discos duros (hdd) tienen partes mecánicas en su interior que son muy sensibles a golpes y al polvo por lo que se dañan muy fácil. Otra causa bastante común es que la gente suele apagar sus computadoras de forma forzada es decir las desenchufan directamente del enchufe y esto frena en seco los cabezales del disco, el mismo efecto lo producen los cortes de electricidad. Los equipos portátiles de los cortes de electricidad suelen estar mas protegidos.

Deberás comprar uno y desarmar tu pc para poder cambiarlo, si no sabes como, es mejor recurrir a un técnico o si te animas mírate algún video de youtube.

No sirve de nada ya que el smart del disco ya marco que tiene 3001 sectores en mal estado y tengo entendido que no se pueden reparar una ves los clasifica como tal.

Gracias. Ya sabiendo que no hay más solución posible que cambiar el disco duro, ¿qué disco duro crees que iría mejor en relación a las características de mi ordenador?

Hola. No me ha dado tiempo a poder hacer lo que me dices, porque ya ni siquiera me inicia sesión, se me queda la pantalla negra, con sólo el cursor del ratón, y cuando le doy al botón de encendido me salta esta ventana:
