Error en el disco duro al arranque

Buenas tardes!

Les comento en el día de hoy se me ha presentado el siguiente inconveniente con mi PC de escritorio el mismo consta de un SO Windows 7.

Al prender la CPU me encuentro con el siguiente error “Disk read error occurred, press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart”. Al apretar la combinación de teclas me seguia saltando el mismo error. Después de algunos intentos el windows inicio pero no respondía al querer abrir alguna carpeta. Luego procedí a desarmar el CPU desconecte el disco duro, lo volvi a conectar y luego encendí nuevamente lo que logre que funcionara normalmente hasta el momento.

Quisiera saber cual es el motivo o si hay alguna solución para que no suceda esto ya que esto me hace dudar si volver a apagar el CPU.

Descarga Hard Disk Sentinel (te recomiendo la version portable), lo ejecutas y vas a Report > SaveTXTReport y guardas el reporte.

El disco esta bien,quizas alguna conexión fallo.

Yo de momento, usaría el pc normalmente y si vuelve a suceder, comprobaría los cables y demas…

Ok. Muchas gracias por tu ayuda, yo tambien pensaba que podria ser un problema con los cables o contactos.

De igual manera me quedo un poco mas tranquilo con lo que me dijiste que el disco esta bien.

Cualquier cosa comentare.
