Disco de mi portatil en RIESGO según crystal disk

Hola a toda la comunidad, espero que se encuentren bien. Me contacto con Uds ya que tengo el problema descrito, al correr el crystaldisc en mi Notebook Asus N56VB, con windows 10, me aparece ese cartel RIESGO. Realmente no se como seguir, lo único que hice fue poner todos los archivos en la nube y en un pendrive. Tal es la situación, espero que puedan darme una mano. Adjunto foto de la ventana de análisis, espero que lo haga bien sino, también les pediré que indiquen como subir una imagen…

Descarga Hard Disk Sentinel (te recomiendo la version portable), lo ejecutas y vas a Report > SaveTXTReport y guardas el reporte.

Los sectores pendientes, basicamente son sectores que el S.O ha marcado con un “interrogante”, pues no tiene claro su estado.

Hay tres opciones: No pasa nada, una vez comprobado el estado del sector, si está correcta, desaparece el estado “pendiente”. El sector es defectuoso, y al comprobarse su estado, pasa de pendiente a “reasignado”, no es preocupante, siempre que sean pocos sectores, y no aumenten continuamente. El sector es defectuoso, pero por algun motivo no se puede reasignar, y se marca como “no corregible”, en ese caso el disco se puede tirar.

De por si, un sector pendiente no tiene por qué indicar nada malo.

bueno, muchas gracias por la explicación. consideras entonces que haga periódicamente la comprobación de estado del disco?

puedes ejecutar periódicamente tanto CrystalDiskInfo como el que yo te indique para verificar el estado del disco duro. Pero por ahora no vas a tener problemas con el de momento
