Hola, tengo un portatil toshiba satellite A665 , y quisiera saber cuanto gb de ram soporta, ahora mismo tiene 2x2gb pc3-8500s. Gracias

Al parecer los equipos de la serie A665 soportan 8gb, estaría bueno saber el modelo exacto para ver a cuanta velocidad soportan. Aunque puedes abrir el adm de tareas → rendimiento → memoria y donde dice velocidad ahí te dirá la velocidad de tus memorias actuales y en el apartado de factor de forma te dira que tipo de ram usa tu pc.

Me he descargado aida64 y me he metido en el apartado SPD y me aparece velocidad de memoria ddr3-1066 (533MHz), mi pregunta es si puedo poner una velocidad superior de ram

En el reporte no se puede ver el numero de serie porque el programa esta usando la version trial, vamos a sacarla a mano.
Presiona windows + r → escribe cmd → en la ventana que se abre copia y pega lo siguiente
wmic bios get serialnumber
Copia y pega el numero que aparecera.

No logre encontrar mucha información mas que algunos pdf pero no dicen cual es la velocidad máxima que soporta, solo indica que trae 4gb de ram y soporta como máximo 8gb.
En tu caso si la quieres expandir te recomiendo comprar dos módulos de 4gb DDR3 SODIMM de 1066 MHz

Igual puedes comprarla pero tu pc automáticamente reducirá la velocidad de las mismas hasta su maximo valor permitido.

Cuando formateas el mismo windows update instala los controladores que necesitas, asi que luego de formatear si algo no anda bien recién ahi yo buscaría los controladores en la pagina oficial.

Deberías instalar el mas reciente
- Drivers & Software Support | Dynabook (Version: 6.0.1.6132_MAXX)
- La grafica esta integrada al procesador el mismo Windows instala el driver.
Si no queres andar buscando los drivers te recomiendo el asistente de intel para instalar/actualizar drivers
