Hola buenas tardes les explicare mi problema ase alrededor de 3 meses he tenido un problema con el servicio (WpnUserService_508ec0c)(Servicio de usuario de notificaciones de inserción de windows_508ec0c) al momento que prendo mi PC pasado 3 minutos empieza a subir la RAM exageradamente hasta llegar al punto de ser inservible el sistema si detengo el servicio se vuelve encender igual la única solución temporal que eh encontrado es detenerlo manualmente y no usar las notificaciones de Windows 10 pero el error vuelve a la próxima vez que se enciende la PC

Ya que es posible que exista algún daño en el sistema de notificaciones, intenta ejecutar la herramienta Comprobador de archivos de sistema para reparar los archivos dañados
Para eso, realiza lo indicado en éste sitio → Use la herramienta Comprobador de archivos de sistema para reparar los archivos de sistema que faltan o están dañados.
Como el proceso puede que se conecte a Windows Update, ten conectado el equipo a Internet al momento de ejecutar la herramienta
Nos comentas como va todo después de ejecutar el programa

Intenta revisar si existe alguna actualización pendiente en Windows Update. Para eso, ve a Configuración >> Actualización y seguridad >> Windows Update y luego presiona en Buscar actualizaciones. Instala todas y cada una las actualizaciones que pueden aparecer y reinicia el equipo si el sistema te lo pide
¿Por qué hacemos ésto? Es posible que éste error se produzca por algún fallo que puede que haya sido corregido por algún parche que no hayas instalado
Hecho lo anterior, y si el problema aún persiste, repite el procedimiento para reparar archivos del sistema tal como lo indiqué acá → Servicio de Windows 10 consume toda la RAM al encenderse - nº 2 por ArnaldoMuf

ya lo actualice todo y sigue igual pero salió que todo esta bien en el examen pero la ram se sigue subiendo al 100%
Así me olvide explicar que antes que sucediera ese error me instale un segundo sistema llamado Phoenix OS que al momento que instale pasado 4 meses me empezó a fallar el Windows 10 pero lo desistale pero me sigue apareciendo en el aranque tal vez el error de la subida de ram se deba a que no se a eliminado por completo?
