Hola gente, bueno el problema es que en el módem que tengo en mi hogar tiene wifi, pero todos los días pierde señal, llamé al ISP y vino el técnico e hicieron las cosas que debían hacer y se solucionó temporalmente. Mi modem tiene 6 Mb según lo contratado, pero después de que vinieron los técnicos volvió a caer los Mb ahora se encuentra en menos de 1 Mb, lo pruebo con la página “fast”, así también ingresé en la configuración avanzada del módem y me tira de subida 314 kbit/s, y de bajada 1306 kbit/s. También descargue el test de seguridad del módem, quisiera saber si me pudieran ayudar a entenderlo. También lo reinicie de fábrica con el pequeño botón del módem y lo tengo que apagar y prender todos los días para que funcione. Desde ya gracias, adjunto fotos y el archivo de seguridad.
