Problema con disco sólido

Hola. Lo primero agradecer la labor que desarrolláis. Instalé un disco sólido ( SSD) en sustitución del anterior y compruebo que va todo más lento; también se congela la imagen, tanto en juegos como en el navegador, el visor de imágenes o cargando windows. Como ejemplo de lo que me ocurre os puedo comentar que en un juego sobre la Edad Media, con el disco anterior, cuando iniciaba una batalla podía entrar en ella de forma instantánea pero ahora se demora bastante. Sistema operativo: Windows 7 home premium. Procesador: Amd A10-1600k Gráfica: Nvidia GeForce Gt710 memoria Ram: 8 gb pero me reconoce solo 4

Como hiciste el cambio/migración de un disco a otro…??

Hiciste una nueva instalación de Windows 7…??

Ese informe que has puesto pertenece a AdwCleaner… porque es la primera vez que veo uno similar…

El SSD es un Crucial BX500 2.5 e hice una instalación nueva del sistema operativo. El anterior no era SSD El informe es de Adw cleaner

El problema de lentitud empezó segun acabaste de instalar el sistema operativo…??

Ya localice y veo que has puesto el informe del “Debug.log” de AdwCleaner que en principio nos sirve de poco, el que hay que poner es el “AdwCleaner[C00].txt” o sucesivos que son los que nos dan la información de las posibles infecciones encontradas y eliminadas.

Crucial BX500 es un buen modelo y marca, y deberias haber notado diferencias de rendimiento segun lo has instalado, a NO ser que TU equipo sea MUYyyyyy viejo y tengas poca memoria RAM en él.

Lo que he notado es diferencia desde que instalé el SSD porque todo lo demás es lo mismo que tenía con el otro disco duro y no me pasaba nada de lo que expongo; la pantalla no se paraba, las imágenes no iban a saltos ni el explorador se atascaba. Ram tengo 8 pero me reconoce 4

El informe de AdwCleaner que pones es solo el del escaneo y lo que se encuentra en ese proceso se debe eliminar y al hacerlo se generará el informe de la eliminación que NOS permite verificalo.

Si TU Windows 7 NO reconoce mas de 4Gb sera por ser una version de 32bits, que por cierto es la que traía el equipo o fue instalada posteriormente, y es un CD/DVD de instalación legal y libre de infecciones…??

Y vuelvo a preguntarte los problemas los notaste inmediatamente después de hacerle la ultima instalacion de Windows 7 o fue después de seguir instalando programas y softtware adicional…??

Es un Windows 7 Home premim de 64 bits; licencia comprada. Es el sistema operativo que tenía en ambos disco duros: el SSd y el anterior, Empecé a notar enseguida pero la cosa ha ido a peor

Pues si es un 64bits de S.O. DEBEN reconocerse los 8Gb y de no ser así las memorias estan mal en alguno de sus módulos o en el conector-slot.

Quitaste el otro disco duro el mecánico-HDD una vez conectado el nuevo SSD o sigues manteniendo los dos discos duros conectados…??

Tengo conectado solo el ssd. Me reconoce los 8 de ram pero dice que solo son utilizables 3,94. De todas maneras estoy pensando en pasarme al 10. Un saludo

Y nos pones una imagen de la pantalla que aparecerá Como Insertar una imagen.?

Has verificado que en la BIOS tambien se reconozcan esos 8Gb de memoria RAM.

Bien… pues SI desde esa pantalla de W10 te aparece que se reconocen 8Gb, está claro que tanto en la BIOS como en la maquina estan instalados.

Es la primera vez, y llevo muchos equipos vistos en mi vida, que veo que Windows “robe” tantos Gigas para el uso compartido o para el propio sistema.

Me explico, cuando se tiene por ej. una tarjeta grafica de pocos gigas de memoria dedicada o propia(que NO es TU caso) y ésta es de unos 256Mb de RAM o menos, Windows reserva de la memoria RAM principal(en TU caso 8Gb de RAM) otros 256Mb(o en ocasiones más) para disponer de al menos 512Mb de memoria de video.

Aparte de esa “teórica” reserva que hará o hace Windows, también dispondrá o balanceara de la memoria principal-RAM un número de megas/gigas que él considere necesarios para poder hacer funcionar la parte gráfica del sistema de forma adecuada.

En TU caso, si te fijas en la imagen que pusiste de tu tarjeta gráfica, la grafica Nvidia GT 710 tiene 2048Mb(2Gb) de RAM propios o dedicados(independientes de los 8Gb totales), además Windows está disponiendo o balanceando de la memoria RAM principal 2017Mb(2Gb y pico) y estos dos valores sumados son el total de “Memoria graficos disponible” de 4065Mb que indica tienes disponible para gráficos.

Esos módulos de memoria venían originalmente con TU equipo o inicialmente tenías 4Gb y se pusieron posteriormente otros 4 más…??

Cuántos años tiene ese equipo…? por las características NO parece excesivamente antiguo unos 6 años más/menos.

Dime modelo, marca y resto de datos.
