Para solucionar el problema, ¿puede liberar espacio en la unidad C usando un software como WizTree y reducir la cantidad de antivirus instalados a 1?
Por cierto, no podrás desinstalar Windows Defender.
Por último, estás usando MSConfig para gestionar el inicio de servicios. ¿Podrías volver a habilitar todos los servicios en la pestaña Servicios de MSConfig y ejecutar otro análisis con FRST para que pueda comprender mejor qué se está ejecutando en el sistema?

Intentaría mover más archivos y programas a la unidad D:. La unidad C: solo tiene un 19 % de espacio libre. Normalmente recomiendo al menos un 20% libre para la unidad C:.
También puedes probar este comando desde la ventana del símbolo del sistema: chkdsk c: /r
Selecciona ‘Sí’ cuando se te pregunte si quieres que se ejecute al reiniciar el ordenador.
Luego, reinicia el ordenador y deja que se ejecute la comprobación del disco. Puede tardar un poco, aproximadamente de 1 a 2 horas.
¿Aún existe el problema con el parpadeo de la pantalla?

Hola @furtivex, el pc no es muy potente. Hace como uno o dos años se infecto, el equipo se calento de más y tuve que cambiar la pantalla porque no deba imagen. Quizas empeoró despues de eso.

Según esta herramienta, el disco duro está bien. Tendría copias de seguridad por si acaso necesita reemplazarlo. No sé qué hacer con el posible problema de hardware.
Hola @furtivex , no se preocupe por lo del hardware, mas adelante pienso cambiar el disco por un SD y aumentarle a 16 gb de ram actulamente tiene 8 gb.
