Hola, ya he hecho tambien el analisis con el ccleaner y he hecho copia de seguridad, aunque no me deja abrirla me dice que algunos elementos pueden dejar de funcionar si la abro, por ahora no han aparecido nuevas ventanas en negro, gracias, saludos
