Perfecto @Emiliano_Pardo_Guenz excelente, nos alegra ver que ya está el problema inicial completamente arreglado, ahora solo queda eliminar las herramientas usadas.

Para hacerlo descarga DelFix.exe en tu escritorio.

Doble clic para ejecutarlo. (Si usas Windows Vista/7/8 o 10 presiona clic derecho y selecciona - Ejecutar como Administrador -).
Marca todas las casillas, y pulsas en Run

Se abrirá el informe (DelFix.txt), puedes cerrarlo.

Para cualquier otro problema, no dudes en volver a postear., ya sabes dónde estamos.

Tema Solucionado.

Hola.

Lo que puedes o deberías hacer, quiza con eso se arregle el problema, es actualizar a la ultima version de Windows.

Para hacerlo debes acceder a la pagina de Microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/es-es/software-download/windows10.

En ella usa la opción que indica “Actualizar ahora” y guardas el ejecutable en TU escritorio para luego ejecutarlo con botón derecho y “Ejecutar como Administrador”.

Sigues TODOS los pasos que te vaya pidiendo y haciendo los REINICIOS que se irán pidiendo/generando hasta que termine TODO el proceso.

Cuando hayas terminado debes pasarte por el apartado de Windows Update y verificar que YA NO quede ninguna actualización por realizar y recomprobar hasta que NO quede ninguna pendiente.

Después de TODOS estos pasos compruebas el funcionamiento y comentas.

Cuando se “cuelga” saca una pantalla azul de la muerte(BlueScreen) o simplemente se queda “pillado” en la ventana/pantalla en la que estas…??

Ocurre haciedno cualquier cosa o algo en concreto…??

Aunque lo dudo, Veamos…si tenemos algo escondido.

Descarga y descomprime esta herramienta en tu escritorio Manual de Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkits Beta, y sigues los pasos que se indican para revisar el equipo :

Abre la carpeta Mbar, haces doble clic en el archivo Mbar.exe.
En la ventana que saldrá pulsas en Next.
Pulsar en Update, y cuando termine en Next.
Ahora inicias el análisis pulsando en el botón Scan.
Al terminar, si existe infección pulsamos en CleanUp y si no hay infección pulsamos en Exit.

Al terminar busca en la carpeta Mbar, y abres los archivos mbar-log.txt y system-log.txt, nos copias el contenido en la siguiente respuesta y comentas resultados.

funciono bien un rato y ahora funciona significativamente peor que antes, a cada rato vuelve a fallar y cuando pongo para restaurar se queda trabada en la pantalla azul por horas

Y quien dijo que pusieras o hicieras un restaurar sistema.

Si retrocedes al restaurar estas volviendo a puntos anteriores donde tenias problemas que YA habían sido solucionados.

Ahora quiero que revises con otra herramienta tu disco para verificar que NO tengas otro tipo de problemas en ese disco.

Descarga Hard Disk Sentinel Professional Trial v5.50 (ZIP) desde aquí (y guárdalo en tu escritorio).
Descomprime el fichero zip en una carpeta y ejecútalo.
Adjunta en tu próxima respuesta una captura de pantalla, donde se aprecie la pantalla principal de este programa, es decir, abre el programa y captura la primera pantalla que te dé. No des clic en ninguna opción dentro de él.

Si NO puedes hacer la instalación desde el modo normal de windows hazlo desde el modo seguro.

Bien… pues NO parece que TU disco tenga muchas incidencias.

Vamos a seguir buscando posibles infecciones, aunque tampoco parece que las haya.

Sigue con las indicaciones de este Manual de HitmanPro , cuando teremiens nos pones el informe.
