Sin tema por el tiempo 
Realiza lo siguiente: En la barra de búsqueda escribe cmd y eliga la primera aplicación que aparezca haciendo clic derecho y ejecutar como administrador. Se abrirá una ventana negra. Copia y pega el cada linea una por una y espera a que termine. El proceso puede ser algo tardado:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
sfc /scannow
Si encontro problemas es posible que pida reiniciar. Hagalo.
Si el comando le dice que no encontro infracciones puede omitir este paso. Si informa que encontro algún problema repita los pasos anteriores pero use este código:
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
Esto generará un reporte en tu escritorio llamado sfcdetails. Por favor trae su contenido o adjuntalo en un mensaje.

Nuevamente salta el error con onedrive.
De momento sólo salta con ese programa y no resulta molesto porque estamos accediendo desde el navegador en vez del escritorio, pero tras todo lo realizado si el problema se replicará en otros programas que no dejaran que estos funcionaran del modo normal lo único que se me ocurre es reinstalar windows.

No creo que sea el caso.
- Ve a la barra de búsqueda y escribe Acerca de tu PC y elige la primer opción.
- En la parte derecha veras una opción que dice Configuración avanzada del sistema. 1. En la ventana vas a donde marca Opciones Avanzadas y en el apartado de Rendimiento presionas en el botón Configuración
- En la ventana que se abrirá hacemos clic en Opciones avanzadas y nos dirigimos al apartado Memoria Virtual.
- Damos en el botón Cambiar
- Desmarcamos la casilla de Administrar automáticamente…
- Ya ahí seleccionamos en donde dice Tamaño personalizado
Hay que elegir los valores inicial (la mitad de memoria RAM que tienes) y máximo (el total de la memoria RAM). Según veo en tus reportes cuentas con 16GB de RAM (corrigeme si estoy incorrecto).
Por lo que los valores quedarían así:
- Inicial = 8192
- Maximo = 16384
Con esto configurado da aceptar a todas las ventanas abiertas y reinicia. Nos comentas como sigue.

Esos pasos ya los realicé al comienzo de los problemas como posible solución y no dieron resultado, la configuración de la memoria virtual está como indicas.

Una disculpa estuve unos días ausente.
Retomando un tu tema, es un poco extraño llegados a este punto. Si te parece vamos a probar algo solo para asegurarnos que no hay otra cosa escondida en tu máquina:
Descarga DrWeb Cureit:
Ejecuta Drweb según su manual considerando lo siguiente::
- Ejecuta un análisis personalizado con los parámetros que indica el manual
- Asegurate de poner el reporte en mínimo como indica el manual
- Curas, Mueves y Eliminas, lo que encuentre según te de la opción y con ese orden de preferencia.
- Si te detecta el archivo Hosts puedes permitir que DrWeb lo restaure.
- Al terminar, revisa el manual en la sección Informe de análisis obtener la parte del reporte que nos interesa.
Nos traerías ese reporte.

No te preocupes por las ausencias, que es normal de vez en cuando desconectar.
He realizado el análisis con DrWeb Cureit siguiendo los pasos y ha encontrado 6 ficheros que he puesto en cuarentena y luego eliminado. No ha dicho nada del Host

Por cierto que e link de descarga del programa desde la página no me funcionaba, básicamente no realizaba ninguna acción y lo descargué de la página oficial.

Lo que te encontro lo puedes restaurar. Son parte del programa de IoBit, que como tal la empresa no es muy confiable pero eso ya es otro tema.
Descargas y ejecuta KrPm.
- Ejecútala, acepta el declaimer.
- Asegurate de que solo este marcada la opción de Delete Tools/ Eliminar herramientas y Delete now/Eliminar ahora (área de eliminar cuarentenas).
- Presiona en Run / Ejecutar.
Recomiendo que reinstales el programa, inmediatamente haces un inicio limpio: Cómo realizar un inicio limpio en Windows
- Puedes ignorar tu AV y componentes de drivers (AMD, Intel, Nvdia, etc).
- Recomiendo tomar capturas de como estaba todo antes de realizarlo.
- La idea es que veas que todo funcione bien. Hagas el inicio limpio y veas si dejandolo así en un rato el problema no vuelve. De no volver sería ir activando por partes y dejar pasar un tiempo hasta ver que programa es el problema.
